Project Update
The EcoCocon straw panels have arrived on site, and assembly is now underway for this low-carbon project located in the South Downs National Park.
The design embodies our Fabric First approach, prioritising the use of entirely natural building materials. This strategy results in a building envelope with both low operational carbon intensity and high carbon sequestration, while also creating a healthy, VOC-free internal environment.
It’s exciting to witness how quickly the panel system comes together, thanks to its offsite manufacturing process, which ensures both accuracy and precision quality. We’re eagerly anticipating the next milestone—the installation of the roof structure!
